Features: 
1) Size (closed): 14" L x 2-3/4" Dia.
2) Size (up light): 14" L x 2-3/4" W x 12-1/2" H
 
Directions:
1) Open the cover, slant from the left and pull the "exclamation" 
    (inside the case) and fix it go stand on the base and keep 
    verticality; stretch the foldable stand and become a triangle; 
    pull the small "latch" on the right and push it into the hole 
    on this top of the signal.
2) Turn on the switch "ON" on your right to flash light, choose to 
    use power of vehicle outlet or the signal itself. (Life expectancy 
    for continuous use of signal power: 5-6 hours.)
3) The magnetic part which is at the bottom of cover can be mounted on 
    any place of the vehicle.
4) Plug into the ignition directly for charging or 220V/110V AC power 
    (not included). Meanwhile can be used in any place, where there 
    is AC power source.
5) Equipped with 6V 1.3Ah lead-acid rechargeable battery. Equipped 
    with AC power cord and plug.
